The new Conjuring movie – The Devil Made Me Do It, has a lot of uncertainties. Some of the events that are presented in the movie are dull and make you lose interest but some other parts are very exciting and engaging moments. Overall the movie is boring but has an astounding plotline and some exciting features. This is the third Conjuring movie that was slowly produced by the film writers who wanted to make this movie special since everyone liked the first and second conjuring movies. The third movie would be based on a kid’s possession by an unknown spirit. Ed and Lorraine Warren, a married couple that will be partaking to help figure out how to help this child and his family. The actors who are presented in the movie are amazing and fit their character descriptions and their character emotions perfectly. In general, it’s not a bad movie to watch but I prefer the first and second conjuring more than the third Conjuring. The movie has many thrills and excitement but some parts are boring and cause some puzzlement during the movie. For example, when the witch is choosing her victims there wasn’t any connection to why she chose those victims to sacrifice. They were two different types of people and a huge age gap. It’s not as scary as the previews made it look. It’s just a movie that focuses more on the story plot-line than the jump-up scared factor that I was looking for. When watching these types of movies I wanna have jump scares. This movie does have startlement and frightful events that occur but some events that do occur made me lose interest and caused me to get confused along the way. It is mainly a half and half movie that is good to watch but it is also just lacking in some features that the first and second conjuring movie present. For example scariness, frantic, surprises, and daunting.
