Students that drive themselves to school everyday and that need to park somewhere in the school are important but the school having a parking fee for students is insane. Especially them having to pay to park and it being so expensive is crazy and it being $35. I’ve talked to students around the school and asked what their opinion is on them having to pay $35 to buy a student parking pass to park in the student section, and they have said stuff like parking is really important and having to pay for it especially as a student and some of them might not have jobs and them might not have anywhere to park in the morning so they have to pay to park in the student section. Some people that i’ve also talked to about this problem say that the student parking is good and having to pay for it is a good thing because that’s another way for the school to make money but the money price is a little bit to high and they should lower it so that they can bring in more students to park and they will be making more money while also having a place for more students to park in the morning and throughout the day. Some more reasoning is that coming in the school in the morning and having to pay for a parking pass is not okay and that some students have things to do like after school activities and stuff like that but having to try to get student parking is just irrelevant and takes too much time to get a parking spot and have to get up to school in time to do there after and before school activities and just all around just go on with there day but having to pay for student parking could just make it worse on a student or something like that. In conclusion student parking should be either lowered in the money range or not be a thing at all because its making a big impact on some students.
