Everyone knows Ms.McGill as ”that one math teacher at the end of the hallway.” But I know her as the best math teacher around! Ms.McGill is an Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus teacher at Carter High School. Her algebra 2A class is very interactive and everyone is pretty chill with others. Everyone can feel like they are at home and comfortable and if you get an answer wrong, No one judges you but they try and help you understand why you didn’t understand or get the problem you got wrong. One of her students Brianna Held says “She is patient and understanding.” When asked how she feels about Ms.McGill as a teacher. Brianna was also asked “Does she help you when you are doing class work?” and her response was “ she helps me understand the problem I have or the mistake I’ve made on my work.” Ms.McGill has been a teacher for 7 years and she says her biggest accomplishment in life is “seeing students work really hard and achieve well in math and begin to like math.” Before she became a teacher she got her engineering degree and was a supply chain manager for three different companies. Ms.McGill is over all a great teacher and she is caring towards her students.
