Many students head home to relax after school, Arieonna Gentry either has work or practice after school. Arieonna is a high school senior student who balances school, basketball, flag football, and two jobs while still making time for other responsibilities. As a senior she has a busy schedule at Krispy Kreme and a referee at sports games, she starts her day by getting ready for school. After school she has to make time for her practices and her jobs, when she gets home she works on homework. She says “I wake up and get ready for school then go to school and after school I have to get ready to go to practice or to work so I have time for both. When I get home I try to finish my homework and go to sleep”. Her basketball coach, Coach Trey sees how Arieonna manages her responsibilities. He describes her as dedicated and determined to keep up with the busy schedule she has. “Arieonna balances everything by staying dedicated, playing two sports, working two jobs, and keeping up with school shows she has to keep up with a lot of responsibilities.
